Q1:Can I get a sample to check the quality?
A: Yes, we welcome any sample orders,.You can test as long time as you wish, we have full confidence on our quality.It can be delivered to you witin 8 days once you confirmed.

Q2. How many years warranty of your goods? And what actions will be done if fail within the warranty time?

A: According to different types of lamps,a 3-5 year warranty is provided. If any product failed during the warranty period due to quality problems, we will offer full replacement within the warranty time, or give free spare parts. Or, we prefer to send a replacement for the next order.

Q3. What is your terms of payment?

A:For sample order, we can accept T/T, Paypal, West Union, 100% in advance. For bulk order,Our regular terms is T/T 30% deposit, 70% balance paid after production finished .For very big order, L/C is negotiable. we don't accept OA.

Q4. Can I add my logo on the product label?
A : Yes, but order quantity is requested depending on different lights.

Q5. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship samples and small quantities of products that customers need urgently with DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 5-7 days to arrive. High-volume product transportation is available for airline or maritime transportation. The shipping time is updated according to the actual situation of the shipping company.
